Jaltest continues to enhance its multi-brand diagnostic solution with the release of version 26.2. This new update expands vehicle and equipment coverage while introducing new features designed to make diagnostic, maintenance and repair operations faster and more efficient.
With Jaltest 26.2, professionals benefit from new technical information, advanced maintenance functions, calibrations, ECU programming capabilities and SMART troubleshooting guides.
These improvements apply across Jaltest’s main ranges: CV, AGV, OHW, Marine and MHE.
What are the main new features in Jaltest 26.2?
Version 26.2 introduces several major improvements:
- Expanded coverage of vehicles, machinery and marine equipment, with new brands, models and systems.

Jaltest CV: More Capabilities for Commercial Vehicles
Jaltest 26.2 further expands its coverage of trucks, buses, trailers and light commercial vehicles.
Trucks
New coverage is available for several manufacturers, including BEIBEN, CNHTC-SINOTRUK, DAYUN, FAW, FOTON, HINO, ISUZU, IVECO, KAMAZ, MAZ, MERCEDES-BENZ, MITSUBISHI FUSO and SHACMAN.
The update also introduces support for 2024 models such as:
- Mercedes-Benz Atego 5
- IVECO S-Way Latin America
- Isuzu GIGA
- Mitsubishi Fuso Canter/eCanter
Diagnostic functions have been expanded across various systems, including engine management, suspension, braking, steering, driver monitoring cameras, air conditioning, immobilisers, data recorders and radar systems.
Jaltest 26.2 also introduces authenticated diagnostics for IVECO SGW vehicles from 2024 onwards, as well as new programming functions through Jaltest Central Services for several manufacturers, including DAF, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Scania and Volvo.
GSR Level 1 safety systems are also supported, including front, side and rear radar sensors on selected Mercedes-Benz and Renault vehicles.
Buses
Coverage has been expanded to new HINO, HYUNDAI, MAN, MERCEDES-BENZ, SCANIA and SETRA models, including the latest 2024 Euro 6e ranges.
New diagnostic and maintenance functions are available for:
- air conditioning;
- lighting;
- instrument panels;
- suspension;
- driver monitoring systems;
- advanced driver assistance technologies.
Trailers
Version 26.2 improves coverage of WABCO/ZF iEBS braking systems, with new functions related to CAN communication, calibration and diagnostics.
Knorr-Bremse diagnostic capabilities have also been enhanced with additional End-of-Line testing, calibration, component replacement and R156 regulation support.
Light Commercial Vehicles
New models from Changan, Fiat, Foton, IVECO and Peugeot have been added to the coverage.
Jaltest 26.2 also brings new diagnostic capabilities for high-voltage battery and charging systems on the Mercedes-Benz eVito and eSprinter.
Auxiliary system coverage has also been expanded for Volkswagen California, Caravelle, Multivan and Transporter models, including transmission, lighting, traction control and sliding door systems.
For the IVECO Daily MY24, authenticated diagnostics are now supported through SGW unlocking and Jaltest Central Services maintenance functions.
New Engine and Powertrain Coverage
The update also introduces new diagnostic functions for Cummins 2025–2026 engines, Weichai engine management systems and ZF TraXon transmissions.
Jaltest AGV: New Capabilities for Agricultural Machinery
For the agricultural sector, Jaltest 26.2 introduces new coverage and diagnostic functions for tractors, harvesting equipment, and self-propelled or trailed implements.
Tractors
New manufacturers have been added, including Fendt, JCB, Lovol and Solis.
New models include:
- Fendt 600 Vario Series;
- JCB Fastrac 6000 & 8000 Series;
- Lovol P7000 & P8000 Series;
- Solis S50.
Manual diagnostics have also been expanded on several Case IH, Claas, John Deere, New Holland and Steyr models.
The update adds new maintenance functions such as:
- hitch calibration;
- LIN Bus reset;
- DPF regeneration;
- fuel pump calibration;
- hydraulic parameter configuration;
- suspension calibration;
- transmission calibration.
New wiring diagrams are also available for various systems, including transmission, hydraulics, lighting, air conditioning, PTO, engine management and gateway systems.
Harvesting Equipment
Jaltest AGV now includes new Lovol coverage, including the CB, FA, GK, MC and 4GQ series.
Engine compatibility and manual diagnostic capabilities have also been expanded for John Deere CH600, S600, S700 and T600 harvesters.
SMART troubleshooting guides are also available for selected John Deere PTP transmission fault codes, helping technicians identify problems and speed up repairs.
Self-Propelled and Trailed Implements
The GRV brand is now included in Jaltest AGV coverage.
The update also expands manual diagnostics for John Deere implement systems and adds new wiring diagrams for the engine management systems of Vervaet Hydro Trike and Hydro Trike XL models.
Even More Useful SMART Guides
The new SMART troubleshooting guides provide an approach based on both symptoms and fault codes.
They are developed using workshop feedback, technical support cases and product improvement data.
Jaltest OHW: Expanded Coverage for Construction Equipment
Version 26.2 also improves diagnostics for construction and off-highway machinery.
Heavy Equipment
New brands, including Lovol and SDLG, have been added, while coverage of Komatsu, Sany and Volvo CE has been expanded.
New diagnostic and maintenance functions are available for equipment from Caterpillar, Develon, Doosan, Hyundai CE, JCB, Komatsu, Liebherr, LiuGong, Sany, Volvo CE and XCMG.
The update expands calibration functions related to:

Compact Equipment
New brands such as Lissmac, Lovol and SDLG have been added, with expanded coverage for Ammann, Case CE, Caterpillar, Gehl, Hyundai CE and JCB.
New diagnostic, calibration and maintenance functions are also available for Agrimac, Ausa, Caterpillar, Hyundai CE, JCB, Mecalac, Terex, Volvo CE, Wacker Neuson and Weidemann.
Version 26.2 also expands wiring diagrams and functions related to dashboards, hydraulic systems, DPF regeneration procedures and hydrostatic calibrations.
Stationary Engines
Weichai coverage has been introduced, while Cummins and Deutz models benefit from expanded support.
The update includes engine management systems such as Caterpillar C-4.2, Deutz EMR4/EMR5, IVECO FPT, Weichai WISE 10A & 13A and Volvo Penta.
New advanced maintenance functions are also available, including injector operations, ash level checks, End-of-Line tests, AdBlue/DEF checks and turbocharger calibration.
Multi-Purpose Vehicles
Engine diagnostics have been expanded to different vehicle types, including selected Ladog and Schmidt models equipped with FPT engine management systems.
The update also adds injector parameterisation functions for Bucher, Flash memory programming for Kärcher, and additional maintenance operations for Schmidt vehicles.
A new Caterpillar C-4.2 CDL engine control system is also being integrated to further expand diagnostic capabilities for Caterpillar equipment.
Jaltest Marine: More Capabilities for Marine Engines
Jaltest 26.2 also introduces new features dedicated to the diagnostics of marine engines and equipment.
Inboard Engines
Coverage has been expanded for Caterpillar, Mercury MerCruiser, Mercury Racing, Rotax, Volvo Penta and Yanmar engines.
New advanced functions include:
- trim sensor calibration;
- maximum trim position calibration;
- engine location configuration;
- maintenance reset;
- fuel pump activation;
- key coding.

Outboard Engines

Personal Watercraft
Coverage has been expanded for Sea-Doo (BRP) and Yamaha personal watercraft.
Users benefit from improvements in fault code reading, measurement selection, braking system diagnostics and the RiDE reverse system.
New wiring diagrams, technical data, component location images and brake gate calibration functions are also available.
Jaltest MHE: Expanded Coverage for Material Handling Equipment
Version 26.2 also expands material handling equipment coverage with the addition of many brands:
BAOLI, BULLI, COMBILIFT, CVS FERRARI, GODREJ, HANGCHA, HELI, HYSTER, HYUNDAI CE, JUNGHEINRICH, KALMAR, KINGLIFT, LINDE, STILL and YALE.
Coverage has also been strengthened across several models from these manufacturers.
For example, HYSTER and YALE benefit from new functions for central computer, engine management, transmission and hydraulic systems across different ranges of internal combustion and electric forklifts, reach trucks and stackers.
